Warranty
Great North Outdoor Living Products warrants their Snap-rrr Diamond Products from manufacturing defects as follows. Subject to prior approval, Great North will repair or replace any of its products returned under warranty, provided that a minimum of 50% usable life remains and that the goods are prepaid.
Great North Outdoor Living Products has no direct control as to the end use of its products and cannot be held responsible for improper use or application of the product. In no event shall Great North Outdoor Living Products be liable for consequential damages resulting from the failure of any product.

Return Policy |
In all cases of returned product covered under warranty, Great North Outdoor Living Products shall either replace the product or credit the customer’s account. Product may not be returned without prior approval and may be subject to the following applicable restock charges: Stock Items: 25% NOTE: Non stock items are final sale only. |

Payment: Net 30 days All new accounts must receive credit approval prior to shipment. |

Shipments are charged on your invoice using our courier. They may be sent COLLECT via a courier of your choice if requested.
