Matte Finish (water based)
SB-1300 Joint Stabilizing Sealer is a water-based, single component, enhanced sealer and joint sand stabilizer for pavers and natural stone. It is solvent free and VOC and EPA compliant. Seals the stone and hardens the joint sand.
NOTE: Due to it’s water base formula SB1300 can be applied immediately
after installation of pavers, saving you time and money.

Gloss Finish (water based)
SB-7000 Gloss Finish Joint Stabilizing Sealer seals the surface and bonds joint sand between interlocking concrete, clay and natural stone pavers. It also seals and protects decorative, stamped and patterned concrete that has been colored with integrals, acid-stains, release agents and colour hardeners, as well as cast in place and precast concrete. Protects colored, stained and exposed aggregate concrete from staining. Resists acid, salt, other corrosives and weathering while protecting against discolouration from damaging UV light.

Wet Look Sealer (solvent based)
SB-9000 Wet-Look Sealer is a clear acrylic copolymer, solvent-based, curing, sealing, hardening and dust-proofing compound for interior (see cautions) and exterior concrete. SB-9000 will form an impervious film that is resistant to the alkali present in fresh cement, and will retain moisture for freshly placed concrete ensuring proper strength development. SB-9000 will penetrate the substrate and provide a protective seal on the surface that is resistant to mild acid, alkali, and salt attack, and will not support mold growth. SB-9000 will increase the stain resistance of the concrete and allow easier cleaning, maintenance, and extended wear.

This technologically advanced cleaner removes motor oil, food and beverage stains. It is environmentally friendly and replaces several types of harsh acid cleaners. SB-442 General Stain Remover’s unique Clean Rinse Technology lifting power allows residue to be quickly and easily rinsed away with a high or low pressure water sprayer. The product can be used to clean and maintain Surebond sealed pavements as it is compatible with all other Surebond products.
SB-488 Efflorescence & Rust Remover is a safe, acid based cleaner formulated specifically for use on pavers, concrete and retaining walls. The product quickly, safely and easily removes mineral deposits like efflorescence that form naturally within building materials and from external sources like rust and hard water. SB-488 Efflorescence & Rust Remover’s unique Clean Rinse Technology lifting power allows deposits and residue to be quickly and easily rinsed away with a high or low pressure water sprayer. It does not contain muriatic, nitric or hydrochloric acid.
